For dinner we went to Nam Bo - a quaint little French Vietnamese place in downtown Can Tho. The girls ordered their Salads and curries and some wine. I went for the local Can Tho beer and experimented with the set Snake Menu. Snake spring rolls and Snake with Noodles and egg. Having tasted Snake finally, I can say that it was really truly amazing. A bit like chicken, but not so fibrous, and like duck but not so hard.. Anyways it was yummy and both Shubs and Shahana refused to even taste it.. The place was really nice but without reservations, we had to sit inside rather than out in the balcony.. If you're ever there.. trust me and try the Set Snake menu :D
